Similaritas Morfometrik Ikan Kakap Putih (Lates calcarifer) Hasil Persilangan Strain Australia Dan Strain Lokal Generasi BC1F1 dan BC2F1

Ikan Kakap putih hibrida yang diteliti merupakan hasil persilangan antara Strain Australia dan Lokal, khususnya Generasi BC1F1 BC2F1, dengan umur pemeliharaan 7 bulan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) karakteristik morfometrik masing-masing ikan BC2F1; (2) similaritas intrapopulasi pada kelompok serta (3) interpopulasi BC2F1. Sampling dilakukan di KJA BPBL Batam metode cluster random sampling. Ada 8 perbandingan diukur diperbandingkan kedua ikan, yaitu SL/TL, HL/SL, ED/HL, POL/HL, PDL/SL, PPL/SL, PAL/SL, PVL/SL. Similaritas dianalisis Analisis Cluster Observasi. Dari penelitian, didapatkan sebagai berikut: nilai rata-rata rasio BC2F1 tidak berbeda jauh; secara keseluruhan adalah 28.59 %, sedangkan 36.26 %; morfometri 33.36 %.
